Zhang Fakhry was a scientist on Shakespeare.[1] He was first introduced in "Governor Wiggin".

Around the year 43 AX, Zhang was investigating the abandoned Formic nurseries on the planet, looking for traces of metal and other findings left behind by the Formics. When the Iron Team discovered a nursery with iron shavings, they informed Zhang.[1]
