History

Ender's Game

Shimon Levy personally wrote the letter awarding the Star of the Order of the League of Humanity, the highest civilian International Fleet award, to Valentine Wiggin. Soon after the end of the Third Formic War, he resigned as a condition of the Locke Proposal.[1]
