Champi T'it'u, more commonly known as Dumper, was a Toon Leader in Dragon Army and a member of Ender's Jeesh.[1] He was first introduced in Ender's Game.
History[]
Dumper was the leader of E toon in Dragon Army.[1] After the Third Formic War, he became the leader of the movement to create an independent country in South America called Runa. Runa was one of the first nations to hold a plebiscite and become part of the FPE.[2]
