"Boundaries of War" was a monograph about the possibility of war with The Folk. It was written Valentine Wiggin under her Demosthenes persona to be disseminated among the Hundred Worlds.[1]
History[]
Valentine, under her pseudonym of Demosthenes, compiled documents to create "Deliberate Dispersals" around 6 months after the Leguminids arrived on Lusitania in 3180 AX. Briefly after The Folk attacked the Lusitanians who visited them on Nest, Peter Wiggin II and the Hive Queen of Shakespeare discussed the possibility of war with them. The conversation was later cited by Valentine as Demosthenes in the monograph. After the Descolada project reached its close, Jane asked Plikt and Valentine to write monographs that included accounts of the work of the Ribeira family and the Leguminids. Jane was never mentioned; nor was Detouring; and no account mentioned Nest.[1]
