The Bajovnik was an International Fleet ship captained by Merryweather.

Description

The Bajovnik had an ansible on board and was stationed near the Kuiper Belt at the time of the Second Formic War.

History

As the second Formic invasion of the solar system begun, the Bajovnik was raided by pirates of the Shimbir. The captain and the rest of the crew, excluding two individuals were killed during the raid. Khalid, the captain of the Shimbir, questioned Ensign Gustaaf Rynsburger, the final member of the crew, about the ansible. Eventually, Khalid had Rynsburger install the ansible on board the Shimbir, and he took any supplies his ship could carrying, planning to leave the Bajovnik in space.
